UVIMCO

The University of Vermont Investment Management Company, LLC ("UVIMCO") was formed in 2023 to manage endowments and other investments of the University of Vermont and UVM Foundation.

 

UVIMCO is overseen by an eleven-member Board of Managers, with three members appointed by the Board of Trustees of the University of Vermont, four members appointed by the Board of Directors of UVM Foundation, and four ex officio members being the President of the University of Vermont, the Chair of the University's Budget, Finance and Investment Committee, the CEO of UVM Foundation, and the Chair of UVM Foundation's Finance and Investment Committee.
